We select the most suitable shipping method based on the customer’s location. The following delivery times are for reference only:

3. Shipping Fees
We offer multiple shipping options:

4. Order Tracking
After shipment, we will send a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can check your order status in real time through our website’s “Order Tracking” page or the courier’s official website.
If the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Delivery & Receipt
Please carefully inspect your package upon delivery to ensure it is intact.
If you find any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to sign for delivery, the reshipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost in transit or has not been delivered within 30 days, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier for investigation.
If the loss is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
